I will continue in english here. It is about the verb измерить. It translates as "to measure". If it was missing from the sentence, then the sentence would make sense to me:
мы можем изменить порядок слов и сказать такой холодный день
Did she maybe misspell at first and corrected herself? if not, does "мы можем измерить изменить" mean: we can rearrange?

2022.01.18 10:30 mrbeansdaughter6 Nepotism is a huge part of Kpop
people who think nepotism doesnt exist in kpop are delusional.
yeah you heard it, neporism exists everywhere in the world. It exist in every field in the world and kpop is no exception, if you have connections or if you're rich or if you're related to someone powerful or rich, you will have easy excess to things and opportunities.
there is a reason why every other idol that debuts nowadays and in the recent years are from rich families especially idols from famous companies .
nepotism has existed in kpop for a long time and fans who just dont wanna believe that are just delusional and in denial that their fave had it easier than some trainees who got their because of their own hard work.
i mean yeah being an idol is also a hardworking job, but the most difficult part is to become an idol and the whole process of training. there are so many trainess who just never see the light of day. it is quite understandable if an idol trained for a short time and are extremely talented or extremely good looking. for e. g : Baekhyun and Chen trained for 4 months but they have alot of talent backing it up and excel in singing. or suzy who trained for around 6 months, is a very talented singer plus is literally considered the visual queen even today. apink eunji who trained for 2 months only but is one of the best vocalist of our generation.
but than u have idols who are a clear case of nepotism or power backing them up. people who have small training period time but are below average in everything or even bad at some. i am going to name names.
for e.g : Sunny , she is lee soo man's niece, she was never the most talented and never really excelled in anything and its obvious how she got in. or Giselle (whose aunt is a really powerdul woman and was apparently daying lee soo man) who joined sm 11 months before aespa debut which means that she trained for even less than 10or 9 months cuz she must have already been in aespa and preparing for their debut . She doesn't really excel in anything and considering sm's visual and vocalist or dancers, she falls flat in all categories. and also around this time so many famous sm rookies left sm. so you really are telling me that she was the best sm could do when they had so many other talented trainees that were very famous as sm rookies and exceptionally talented and already had huge fanbases.
If you want to hear from trainees themselves why they left a certain company. there is a video of an ex yg trainee who left yg after 10 years of training because, she said that there were alot of trainees coming from rich families who would buy expensive gifts for staff of the company and because of which they were given preferences over the others who had been training for long.
most of the times their parents would buy stocks in companies to help heir kids to debut.
Its an open secret. yet people still turn a blind eye to it..
now im not saying to go and attack idols but it really is unfair for people who actually put in alot of work but since they dont have money or power backing them up, they don't succeed.
like okay u had your money buy your way in, but atleats put in some effort now that you have the spotlight.
you can tell the frustration in this post because, i have had similar experiences like this. i am a fashion designer and i have seen alot of things like this in my field as well.
Its really foolish to just turn blind eye on these things when they are unfair to others.

2022.01.18 10:30 NastyGramJon Empire's End | Episode 7 - Close Combat
The Rebel Alliance has officially arrived in Vierax in the form of X-Wings and a communications shuttle that is attempting to broadcast news of the Battle of Endor through the entire system.
In "Empire's End 7: Close Combat" can the crew of RACO fend off this threat while inside the station heavily armed attackers are assaulting the med lab?
The stakes in the d6 Star Wars systems are always high and the team will need equal parts of luck and skill to get through this without losses...

2022.01.18 10:30 m3ga_n00b If you have a low IQ (< 90), is STEM for you?
I'm considering an IQ test in the near future because I've always felt dumber than most people and am interested in what the numbers have to say. When I say I'm dumb, I really mean it and am thus expecting a very low score on the test. I have recently gotten interested in physics and programming but with an IQ as low as what I may have, is it even worth trying? Should I just opt for an (arguably) easier subject, eg. arts, humanities or something where I have a better chance of finding success?
